Arts Rush and Cane
Erica of Arts Rush and Cane designs Through The Rainbow – adorable needle felting kits designed and made in Wiltshire, for making birds, animals, bees, toadstools and pumpkins, and fairytale creatures. My inspiration is the flora and fauna of the British countryside and the folklore surrounding them. I also create merino rainbow-mix bags, and from local wools - a range of Natural Tones and Animal Pelt coloured batts.

My name is Sally Harries, trading as Jemima Shaw (my grandmother’s name). I have always loved designing and making my own creations. I personally customise all the towels that I sell, hand cutting all the letters and motifs making them totally unique. Whilst some are ready made and for immediate sale (see website for availability), for true personalisation you can choose from the 12 lovely colours, the various sizes of 100% Egyptian cotton towels, and then the fabric you would like for your lettering. Wrap your baby up in my super-soft baby hooded towels, perfect for ensuring they dry off after bath time, and light enough they won’t overheat. Each is personalised with an initial on the hood. My towels make for a fun but practical gift for any age, but especially children for swimming, holidays or bathtime!

I make traditional quilts, pieced and panelled and a range of items for children, adults and pets from fabric. I also hand dye fabric. Everything I make is unique and I only make 1 or 2 of any item. The range includes fleece blankets, throws, bags for shopping, doggie treats, shoes,Book In A bag, lavender bags, play mats, wall hangings,cloth books and scarves as well as quilts. Seasonal items too for Christmas and Halloween. Everything I make is unique and I only make 1 or 2 of any item.
